Sharp plans to launch 3D smartphone this year

We might have seen some cool 3D mobile concept on Yanko, but Sharp may be one of the Manufacturer who seriously wants to develop the 3D smartphone. The Sharp company is planning to take on Apple’s iPhone or Samsung’s galaxy S with its Android by this 3D smartphone project, we also heard the 3D smartphone will be released by the end of this year. You don’t have to use any special glasses to watch the 3D panel and the phone will also equipped with a 3D capable camera according to our source.

Before this announcement Sharp unveiled its 3D panel technology which suitable for any small gadget like smartphone or tablet in April. We might also heard about the Mobile phone that let users view 3D images without special glasses for some time before, I think most people tend to look at the display from a fixed distance and angle on personal devices that’s why it won’t be difficult to offer a 3D function.
